What happens after I enroll?
Your spot will be confirmed once your (first) payment has been received. After confirmation, you’ll receive all the details for joining the live sessions.
The sessions will take place on the same day and time each week for the 8 consecutive weeks.
I’m not sure about being in a group.
It’s normal to feel hesitant if you’ve never been part of a group program before. But here’s what I’ve noticed: Hearing others’ perspectives enriches your own journey and helps you connect more deeply with your emotions.
And, of course, there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
What if I can’t attend live?
No worries! Replays will be available for those who miss a session or want to watch it again.

This program is for anyone who finds themselves stuck in emotional patterns they’re uncomfortable with or for those eager to deepen their self-discovery journey.
I don't know if my English is good enough for me to participate.
This program is designed to be accessible, even if English isn’t your first language. The materials and discussions are kept simple, and I encourage you to express yourself in the way that feels easy for you. If you’re unsure about a word or phrase, I’ll guide you through it, so you can feel confident and included throughout the program.

Yes, you can split the cost into two or three instalments without any additional fees. If you’d like to use this option, simply let me know when you sign up.
